Garlicky Spinach


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced or minced
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heal oil and garlic until golden in a large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes, stirring until wilted.
  3. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
