York Fresh Food Farms | Services Update | May 18th, 2020

York Fresh Food Farms’ Mobile Produce Market will launch Friday, June 12th at the rabbittransit Downtown Transfer Center from 2:30 – 5pm

We on the urban farm are moving forward with growing & preparing for the market season as normal, seeing a great need to continue our essential work and feed our community.

This season, York Fresh Food Farms is increasing its services to meet the needs of our community. In doing so, we hope to make greater connections with our neighbors and offer the safest Mobile Produce Market experience in these cautionary times. New services we are providing include Pre-Ordering for both Market PickUp & Home Delivery.

Interested customers are encouraged to go to bit.ly/y3fform to get connected with these services. This form will allow you to inform us whether you will utilize Market PickUp or Home Delivery services and will also permit you to sign up for text and/or email subscription via which weekly order forms will be sent. We also encourage those who wish to stay connected with us this season to follow us on social media, both Facebook & Instagram, @yorkfreshfoodfarms.

To sign up for our Email Newsletter, visit our Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/yorkFreshFoodFarms/) & go to the SignUp tab.

To sign up for our Text Subscription, go to bit.ly/yorkfresh or text “yorkfresh” to 31996.

Again, by subscribing to email or text you will have access to our pre-ordering services which we believe will be the safest, most efficient way for everyone to shop with us. Each week, we will send out a link to an order form to all of our subscribers. You can pick up your order at the Mobile Produce Market stop of your choice or Request Delivery. Customers are also welcome to designate a “Healthy Neighbor” who would be able to pick up your groceries at the Mobile Produce Market for you!

If you know of neighbors without access to the internet, social media, or a mobile device, do not hesitate to let us know! We are happy to work with neighborhood associations & community organizations to connect with as many folks as we can.

As you might acknowledge, our increased efforts this season will require more work and more hands to make sure our neighbors are fed across York City. Visit our other website pages to learn more about how you can donate your time and/or resources to support our mission.

We love York City & look forward to serving you in this new season of change, growth, and challenges.

Keep it Dirty & Stay Healthy,
